About

A founder shaped by systems, ventures and long-horizon thinking.

I build at the intersection of education, SaaS and digital growth — operating across multiple ventures with one underlying thesis: durable value comes from designed systems.

Origin

The story behind the work.

Claudio Sisera

My path didn't follow a linear track — it followed problems. Education, software, community, growth. Each surface looked different, but the underlying mechanics were the same: how systems are designed determines what they can become.

Over years of building, operating and partnering on ventures, a thesis took shape: the founders and operators who create the most enduring value are the ones thinking three layers below the surface — at the level of systems.

Approach

Operator first. Strategist always.

I don't separate strategy from execution. The strategy is what survives contact with reality — and that means being in the work, not above it. I build, ship, measure, adapt. Then I codify what's repeatable into a system.

Across ventures, that approach looks the same: identify the highest-leverage system, design it, operate it, then let it compound.

Principles

What I optimise for.

Clarity over cleverness

If it can't be explained simply, it can't be operated reliably.

Compounding over spikes

Patient systems beat clever campaigns over a decade.

Trust as infrastructure

Long-term partnerships are the highest-leverage asset.

Quiet over loud

Build the work first. Let outcomes do the talking.

Today

Where the work is now.

Currently building and operating across BookedIn, MCTJ and a small set of partner ventures. Open to selective collaborations with founders building durable companies in education, SaaS and adjacent spaces.
